Don't expect any decent treatment when you walk as a customer
Then the fat dude came back complaining that his clinet will be here, I grabbed my papers and walked off
I walked in on February 21 trying to do my taxes, instead of them saying we are booked I was stuck between the older lady begging the fat dude to do then the younger lady walking away from the reception area, then they all walked away and started looking at us and whisper! Not too sure what that meant
Great experience. Representative was easy to work with.
My advice for any soldier walking to that h&r block in the px to stay the hell away. These people are unprofessional, disrespectful low to no work ethic what so ever
You better off anywhere else Period.
