Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Between my drinks being made incorrectly 8/10 times (Iced White Tea, Unsweet- not hard) and the out of this world wait times (we are talking 40 minutes or more between the time I get in line and the time I actually receive what I ordered), I am a little frustrated. I have found the baristas to be mostly pleasant though, and with how busy that place is, that's something at least. Oh, and they are always out of many, many things. Save your money and go to Mililani, or Waipio.
They are a sham of a Starbucks. They don't do rewards, but they take Starbucks cards?! Always out of ingredients. If you know this is Hawaii and you may need to stock up why don't you? I woul not recommend this location ever.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s filtly in the back where the baristas make the coffee. Drinks are poorly made and taste nasty. They are always out of everything. I don’t recommend anyone spending their money at this location. The staff can’t seem to get it together in all aspects, they need new management or something. Today I had to get a refund for my coffee bc it was just that terrible and that’s not the first time. I’m most likely going to call cooperate on this location bc it’s just that terrible.
Edit: wife wanted to go because we needed a gift card to send for Xmas. They told us they were closed and would not serve us 45 minutes before they closed.....I asked about their hours on their sign and they just repeated, "we are closed, sorry".
I used to come here all the time. They had great Baristas! But now, they all have resting mad face and to top it off I had to have them remake my coffee. If you are going to have an attitude at least make my coffee right!
Oh wow. This place does not live up to the Starbucks franchise. My wife ordered an ice coffee, black. We both tasted it and it had some sort of artificial sweetener in it. I ordered a frap and it was straight milk and wasn't even frozen in the slightest. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Where is a Green Beans when you need it!!
