Nice and reliable

Horrible customer service. We've had problems with them twice with package pick up and once they wanted to make us pay the "holding fee" because they failed to notify us that our package had arrived. We look forward to the day our contract ends because this store has managed to push us away as loyal customers and mailbox renters.

On another occasion when I was in much more of a hurry, I watched one woman operate a single cash register while her other coworkers laughed loudly and joked (rather inappropriately) behind her. The store was busy and it took me over 20 min to ship my package.

Once while trying to ship a package, the employee began jumping and dancing around, looking quite uncomfortable. When I asked if he was ok, he said he was fine and just had to go to the bathroom. I told him I wasn’t in a hurry if he needed to excuse himself for a moment. He said it was ok and then proceeded jumping around making the transaction a much longer and more uncomfortable process than it needed to be.

I have never received decent or professional service here.

My most recent experience was the least helpful and most frustrating. A package came to our house while we were on vacation that we didn’t order. When I took it in, I stated that I was away when it was delivered, but I needed to return/refuse delivery. The woman laughed and said “we can’t take returns. You’ll have to give it to a driver.” I was confused and asked “what do you mean?” She said “you’ll have to call the 800 number and have a driver pick it up.” We were getting ready to move off island and had just moved into a hotel, so I informed her of that and asked what we should do since we don’t technically have an address. She stated “I guess you could talk to the front desk and ask if they have any delivery/pick ups... or if you see a truck maybe ask the driver.” I was at a loss. I left, went to a different store and was given much better advice, where she even wrote down the “800” number for me.

I've been renting a mail box here for a while now, never had a single problem. Staff is always cool and they send you a text as well as an email when you have a package arrive.
