They rush the cut to fast then expect a tip every time.
Get your haircut off post ! Told the lady to make a little alterations on my haircut and she try to charge me another 5 dollars ! barbers here don't care about your haircut , only care to cut the next persons hair and get it over with, haircut was one of the worst haircut I've ever had, I could do a better job cutting it myself, haircut took like 3 mins , never coming back again worst experience I ever had in a barber shop ,the funniest part was when the lady asked if there was a tip for the haircut -.-
They open at 0800 but don't start cutting hair till 0830-0900
Customer service is horrible. They treat you like you are in basic. Get you in and out as fast as possible. No matter how rough they have to be. Quantity not quality there. They fight amongst themselves over customers. All of them are money hungry. We are customers, not cattle. Go to the nex or at least off post.
Very typical heavy handed barbers that you usually find on military installations. This shop is no exception and they willingly trade quality to quickly get you out of their chair for the next sell. I regretfully decided to receive a haircut here for the sake of convenience and what usually takes 15 or so minutes was done in literally less than five. It was clear there was no symmetry as she would spend five seconds on one side and 10 on the other. She didn't care much for my input unfortunately so I paid and went on my way. The two stars is for the price which is very cheap relative to areas surrounding Schofield Barracks.
They get their number system messed up so you're stuck at number 55 but they keep calling 12.
This is the absolute worst barber I’ve ever been to in my life. On multiple occasions they’ve completely gutted my hair. A simple low fade is too much to ask, as they will always find a way to mess it up. Now I have the option of going to the promotion board with a bald patch in my low fade or getting a high and tight because they messed it up THAT bad. If you get Mun as your barber, I strongly recommend that you just walk out. Never again.
