Not only is the wait time with delivery absolutely horrible, your food arrives really cold and undercooked. I've ordered from here 3 times, two deliveries and 1 pick up and each time I was sorely disappointed with the product I recieved.
I ordered the ultimate cheesy pizza and cheese sticks and I live on Schofield Barracks. There is no reason why my order should have been so cold that I had to throw it in the oven to make the food hot again.
Ordering oline is a pain and when if I call I'm put on hold and no one picks up. Customer service is awful.
Usually this place is decent. The wait time on delivery is pretty bad but usually never more than an hour. Tonight however, we placed an order at 6:30 pm and was told about 55 minutes. Ok, no problem we were prepared for about an hour anyway. At 8:00 pm, with no pizza, no call or anything, we decide to call them. "Oh, we lost power. We'll refund your money but if you still want your order I'm sure Wahiawa can handle it." What would've happened if we hadn't called? Would we have juat sat here waiting? Plus, there was no offer of a credit for waiting an hour and a half with no word on our order or anything. Not even really an apology. Just oh well, go somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous!
Ordered a pizza Sunday night at 8pm after giving my card information they then informed me that it would be an hour and 45 minute wait. Okay, well i want pizza and already ordered so sure I'll wait. It's now been 2 hours and 40 minutes and still no pizza. What a joke.
