Dropped my vehicle off here and was told 1.5 - 2 hr wait, I came in 5 hours later just in time to watch them pull it into the bay for the first time. If you're running behind, perhaps a courtesy call would be best to inform your customers and be willing to offer a discount for taking twice as long as you quoted.
I am leaving one star because there is not an option for no stars. I dropped my car there five minutes after opening for two new tires and 30 minutes before closing they called to tell me they would not be able to get it done today. I even called midway through the day and they said they had the tires and would be getting them on.
I worked in the automotive field for several years, I'm fully ASE certified. I go here for tire maintenance, which is reasonably priced. However, the labor rate of $120/hr flat-rate is outrageous for soldiers and their families. It's an independent shop, not a dealership. They do not verify their repairs. They replace parts and send cars out the door. I say shut them down and give the slot to Auto Skills. At least their guys are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
Avoid these people at all costs. Pay more if you have to.
This place has literally been the worst auto shop I have ever had experience with. The first car I ever brought was having a problem with starting I take it to them spend 600 dollars for them to "fix it" and the next day it won't start. I take it back to them and they say there's nothing they can do and they won't give me my money back even though they didn't fix the problem. I get new tires from them on another car and the tire pressure light is on. I take it back they say they don't have time to look and now my tire is flat and they still "don't have enough people to work" to fix it. Please don't waste your money on a business that doesn't have time to do their job properly or let alone do their job at all. It's sad that these military people think they have a business they can trust on their installation but in reality it's no better than the scammers.
